For nearly a decade, as well as working in new media, I’ve enjoyed working in a consulting capacity with a range of small startups and big corporations, global brands and charities including the BBC, National Trust, Oxfam and Nokia, among others, helping them to better understand and implement social media and web 2.0-type experiences.

My main areas of expertise are social media, consumer experience and product strategy, but I’ve also had years of experience of creating content as well as commercial solutions and strategies.

In general, I enjoy working with people and organisations trying to better understand and develop new social media experiences, as well as innovation, community management and product strategy work.

This includes everything from facilitating workshops and giving presentations about key issues, to drinking lots of tea with people and getting creative with whiteboards and diagrams, creating strategies and programmes which help to get an organisation’s culture changing.
